How do I contact Support?

We get it, sometimes you get stuck and there is no one around to ask. Luckily, Debricked is here to help. We provide in-app support, but we understand that sometimes more action is required.
 

You can get in touch with our team through two channels:

  • Our instant live chat, open weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00 CET, connecting you with our Debricked experts ready to answer any of your questions. You can access it via the Debricked tool, or our website, by clicking the Chat button

  • E-mail, by sending a message directly to support@debricked.com. You can expect a reply from us within 1 business day.

 

Can’t access the live chat?

In order to have access to our live chat or the Help widget in the tool, we require you to accept the Support and Functional cookies.
