How to create your Portal account

That’s great! Let us show your options: Manually with email and password From the Homepage or any other page, click on the Log in button at the top right corner From this page, please click on Create an account Fill in the profile details and accept the Portal’s Terms & Conditions to create your account. Click create your account You will receive an email to activate your account. Please click on the link in that email to finalize the creation of your account Once clicked, you are ready to go! 🎉You will now receive a Welcome email with some guidance. How to delete my Portal account

How to manage your profile and information

Want to see what is in your profile or change it? Let us show you how: Change your profile fieldsBelow are the profile fields that are visible to other users. While the fields are not mandatory, they can help you grow your network and to find your tribe in this community. For example, people based in the same location as you :). They can be added on sign-up or edited later under my profile settings.❗You are not able to change your Community username. This is set upon registration only. In case you want to change it, please reach out to a community manager. How to change my personal settingsIf you would like to change some display settings and messages/email notifications navigate to the general settings page. ❗If you disable the “Receive email notifications for new private messages” you will not receive a notification in the platform. How to start a discussion/share tips (Discussions + Show & Tell)

We believe that the power of a community is the knowledge exchange between peers!You can start a discussion from the Homepage navigation bar or from the Community planet. On the top right corner, click on New Post.❗As a reminder, you need to create a community account to start a discussion. Don’t worry you can just login in/sign in with one click with your Debricked account. In case you just want to browse through other members’ discussions or tips and tricks - there is no need to sign in. How to post an idea (registered users)

Suggest a new feature or improvement and vote on your favourite ideas.You can add an idea from the Homepage navigation bar or directly from the Ideas planet. On the top right corner, click New Post.❗As a reminder, you need to create a portal account to add and see others’ ideas. Don’t worry, you can just login in/sign in with one click with your Debricked account. Steps to post an idea: Choose the type of topic: if you have a product idea/suggestion, choose Idea Enter a title: make sure people understand what the idea is about from the title Write your idea: make sure you give context. How to find answers in the Community

Search for existing questionsJust like good ol’ google, just type what you’re interested in finding into the search bar and let the search engine make the magic for you. Your query will be searched through the whole Portal but you can choose to filter your search. For example, search in the Knowledge Base only (by entering the question and filtering the results). When looking at existing questions there are two different icons to keep track of. If you encounter the orange question mark, it means the question has not yet had a “Best Answer” mark. If you find a green checkmark, then that means the question has a “Best Answer”. How to ask a questionNot finding what you’re looking for? Feel free to post a question in the Portal. Read more about how to ask a question in the Community here. In case you have found a Knowledge Base article that needs more info or details, feel free to comment on the article in the comments section. We will make sure to review and follow up with you if needed.
